Operations & Marketing Coordinator
About Us:
Scarlet & Sam is a fast-growing Australian fashion label. We are seeking an organised and proactive Operations & Marketing Coordinator to help us streamline processes, enhance the customer experience, and bring our brand to life across digital and social platforms.
Your Role:
General Admin & Reporting:
Maintain and organise the Google Drive system for easy access and seamless collaboration with third parties.
Refine and optimise Notion databases daily, ensuring they're up-to-date for Founder review (Content Calendar, Operations, Ads, Influencer Management, Production Timelines).
Marketing Support:
Manage end-to-end campaigns—from research and outreach to order creation in Shopify and content tracking on TikTok & Instagram. Save approved content to Google Drive and update campaign databases.
Add UGC to the Ad Schedule, download tagged photos/videos from social media platforms, and prepare for Founder approval.
Upload content to Pinterest weekly and manage brand mood boards.
Develop engaging TikTok and social media content, leveraging photoshoot footage and behind-the-scenes brand moments. Strategise with the Founder to grow TikTok organically.
Upload social media content to TikTok (Founder manages IG).
Provide weekly marketing reports with key metrics and insights (e.g., social performance, influencer coverage).
Prepare for shoots by scouting locations, models, and creating mood boards and shot lists.
Assist with logistics during photoshoots—styling, steaming, capturing content, and more.
Manage e-commerce shoots, including hang-lay styling.
E-Commerce Management:
Maintain and optimise website operations and integrations.
Conduct weekly website hygiene checks and troubleshoot any technical issues.
Manage product uploads, inventory, and barcodes.
Continuously improve the front-end user experience, in-site search functionality, and content uploads.
Monitor stock, flag delays, and manage timely updates to the site.
Collaborate on e-commerce projects, ensuring smooth execution.
Customer Experience:
Work with the existing customer support team to identify and resolve recurring issues, implementing long-term solutions.
Optimise digital touchpoints to enhance the user journey and drive engagement and conversion.
Collaborate with customer care to improve order-related information and overall satisfaction.
Operations & Logistics:
Liaise with inventory teams and flag potential stock or packaging shortages.
Create and manage purchase orders, and oversee supplier logistics.
Maintain supplier relationships for packaging other essentials.
Identify procedural issues and implement efficient solutions to improve workflows.
About You:
2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a fashion label.
Basic Shopify knowledge is essential.
Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
