Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped from our Melbourne or international warehouse, depending on stock availability. 
• Orders placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same business day. During high-volume periods such as BFCM, dispatch may be delayed by up to 48 hours. 
• Orders placed Monday to Friday are processed within 24 hours. Please allow 1 additional business day following a drop. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped the following Monday.
• Following a launch, processing times may take 1–2 business days due to increased order volume.
• If your order includes a pre-order item, it will be shipped once the pre-order is available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
• Please note, orders fulfilled from multiple warehouse locations may arrive in separate parcels with different tracking numbers.

• If your order is unable to be delivered and is returned to sender after we have attempted to contact you via email without a response, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

*Delivery time may vary depending on stock location. Orders fulfilled from our international warehouse may take 3–7 business days.

Authority to leave is default for Standard Shipping. We are not liable for lost or stolen parcels. Please select Express Shipping if you require signature on delivery.

Although, please note, Express Shipping may not be available for items fulfilled from our international warehouse.

If the customer chooses Standard Shipping, Australia Post may leave this unattended/authority to leave is default if they deem it to be safe. Therefore, if your parcel is stolen, we are not liable for this. If you definitely want a signature on delivery, you must choose Express Shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

Att. Israel: Orders originating from Israel are currently suspended. Please contact our team if you would like to place an order.

Att. United States: Please be aware of increased RRPs due to new tariffs imposed on imported goods into the US.

Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your location and order value.

Depending on your region, you may encounter the following scenarios in relation to Duties and Taxes:

• Duty & Tax Inclusive of RRP
• Duty inclusive of RRP & Tax at checkout
• Duty & Tax optional at checkout
  
• Duty & Tax charged at checkout

Duties and taxes are included in all orders, either in the RRP or at checkout — no surprises on delivery unless you opt to pay on arrival.

Why have transit times changed?

We’ve recently expanded our fulfilment network to include an international warehouse. This allows us to offer a wider range of products and improve availability, however some orders may now ship from different locations.

As a result, delivery timeframes can vary slightly depending on where your items are being sent from. We’re always working to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

These shipping time-frames will be displayed at checkout.

Why is my order being split shipped?

Your order may be coming from multiple warehouse locations to ensure we can dispatch all items as quickly as possible.

If certain items are only available in one location (e.g. Australia or our international warehouse), they will be shipped separately. You’ll receive tracking details for each shipment, and there are no additional shipping costs for you.

I’m based in Australia — why is my order being sent from an international warehouse?

Some of our products are currently stocked in our international warehouse to improve availability and reduce overall delays.

If an item isn’t available in our Australian warehouse at the time of your order, we’ll ship it directly from our international location to ensure you receive it as soon as possible.
