• Orders that are placed before 12pm will be dispatched same business day (Monday - Friday).
• All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia via Australia Post. 
• Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Please allow 1 additional business day following a drop.
• Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.
• Please note, after a launch night, processing times may take 1-2 business days for the order to be shipped, due to an increased volume of orders.

If the customer chooses Standard Shipping, Australia Post may leave this unattended/authority to leave is default if they deem it to be safe. Therefore, if your parcel is stolen, we are not liable for this. If you definitely want a signature on delivery, you must choose Express Shipping.

Scarlet & Sam is not responsible for additional taxes and customs charges incurred during shipment. If you refuse delivery, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any applicable taxes and duties, and the return shipping costs. No refunds will be issued for refused deliveries. These charges are imposed by your country's government, not by the courier or postal service.
