Shipping & Delivery

 

  • Orders that are placed before 12pm will be dispatched same business day (Monday - Friday).
  • All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia via Australia Post. 
  • Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Please allow 1 additional business day following a drop.
  • Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.
  • Please note, after a launch night, processing times may take 1-2 business days for the order to be shipped, due to an increased volume of orders.
  • If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item is available. The estimated arrival date is listed on the product page. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

If the customer chooses Standard Shipping, Australia Post may leave this unattended/authority to leave is default if they deem it to be safe. Therefore, if your parcel is stolen, we are not liable for this. If you definitely want a signature on delivery, you must choose Express Shipping.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - DHL Express

Important: The below updates to taxes and duties were effective from March 24, 2025. Any international orders that were placed before this date will incur additional taxes and duties on arrival. Please contact our customer care team if you require any additional information.

All international orders are shipped with DHL Express.

Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your location and order value.

Depending on your region, you may encounter the following scenarios in relation to Duties and Taxes:

  • Duty & Tax Inclusive of RRP
  • Duty inclusive of RRP & Tax at checkout
  • Duty & Tax optional at checkout
  • Duty & Tax charged at checkout


Duties and taxes are included in all orders, either in the RRP or at checkout — no nasty surprises on delivery unless you opt to pay on arrival.
