  • All orders are shipped from our international warehouse. 

  • Your shipping time-frames will be displayed at checkout.

  • Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12pm are dispatched the same business day; after 12pm, within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends ship the following Monday. During high-volume periods or following a drop, dispatch may take up to 48 hours.

  • If your order includes a pre-order item, it will be shipped once the pre-order is available. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.

  • If your order is unable to be delivered and is returned to the sender after we have attempted to contact you via email without a response, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your region, you may encounter the following scenarios in relation to Duties and Taxes:

  • Duty & Tax Inclusive of RRP

  • Duty inclusive of RRP & Tax at checkout

  • Duty & Tax charged at checkout

Duties and taxes are included in all orders, either in the RRP or at checkout — no surprises on delivery unless you opt to pay on arrival.

Why have transit times changed?

We’ve recently changed our fulfilment to an international warehouse. This allows us to offer a wider range of products and improve availability.

As a result, delivery timeframes can vary slightly. We’re always working to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Why is my order being split shipped?

Your order may be coming from multiple warehouse locations to ensure we can dispatch all items as quickly as possible.

If certain items are only available in one location (e.g. Australia or our international warehouse), they will be shipped separately. You’ll receive tracking details for each shipment, and there are no additional shipping costs for you.


Attention Israel and United States Customers

Att. Israel: Orders originating from Israel are currently suspended. Please contact our team if you would like to place an order.

Att. United States: Please be aware of increased RRPs due to new tariffs imposed on imported goods into the US.

Authority to leave is default for Standard Shipping. We are not liable for lost or stolen parcels. Please select Express Shipping if you require signature on delivery.

Although, please note, Express Shipping may not be available for items fulfilled from our international warehouse.

If the customer chooses Standard Shipping, Australia Post may leave this unattended/authority to leave is default if they deem it to be safe. Therefore, if your parcel is stolen, we are not liable for this. If you definitely want a signature on delivery, you must choose Express Shipping.
