Orders are shipped from our Melbourne or international warehouse, depending on stock availability.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During high-volume periods, dispatch may be delayed by up to 48 hours. 

Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once the item becomes available. Orders may arrive in separate parcels if fulfilled from multiple locations.

Domestic Shipping: Standard from our international warehouse and Express available from our Melbourne warehouse (pending availability).

International: Shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on stock location. Authority to leave is default for Standard Shipping.

Returns are accepted on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are available within Australia only.
