OUR AUSTRALIAN POLICY

  • You have 21 days from the date you placed your order to request a return. All return requests must be completed within this period. We will not accept any return requests that fall outside of this time frame.
  • Full-priced items purchased online are eligible to be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method of the order.
  • Products purchased during sale periods are eligible for store credit note only (no refunds or exchanges).
  • Items purchased with discounts (welcome code, abandoned cart, and rewards discounts) are eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange. You will only be refunded the total amount paid after the discount is applied.
  • For refunds, a flat $10 AUD return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. If you choose a store credit or exchange, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid return label. Standard shipping rates will apply to any exchanged item sent out.
  • Your refund/credit note/exchange will be processed within 1-5 business days after your return arrives at our warehouse.
  • Exchange Options
    • We offer two exchange options for your convenience:
    • Instant Exchange – Secure your new item immediately by placing a temporary hold for the remaining price difference (if applicable). Your new item will be shipped straight away, without waiting for your return to arrive.
    • Exchange After Return – Send your original item back first. Once it has been received and approved at our warehouse, your new item will be shipped to you.

  • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method of the order. Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment.
  • Items purchased with discounts (welcome code, abandoned cart, and rewards discounts) are eligible for a refund. You will only be refunded the total amount paid after the discount is applied.
  • Return shipping costs are customer-borne and vary depending on your country. A flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount, with the applicable fee for your location available on our Shipping & Delivery page here.
  • Your refund will be processed within 1-5 business days after your return arrives at our warehouse.
  • Products purchased during sale periods are eligible for credit note only (no refunds).
