Full-priced items purchased online are eligible to be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method of the order.
Full-priced items purchased at a discounted price during a promotional event (Black Friday) are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
Items purchased with discounts (welcome code, abandoned cart, and rewards discounts) are eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange. You will only be refunded the total amount paid after the discount is applied.
Return shipping is $10 AUD for refunds. However, if you opt for an exchange or store credit, we’ll cover the return shipping and provide you with a prepaid return label. Standard shipping rates will apply to your new item.
Your refund/credit note/exchange will be processed within 1-3 business days after your return arrives at our warehouse.
