Returns & Exchanges



OUR AUSTRALIAN POLICY

  • You have 21 days from the date you placed your order to request a return. All return requests must be completed within this period. We will not accept any return requests that fall outside of this time frame.
  • Full-priced items purchased online are eligible to be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method of the order.
  • Full-priced items purchased at a discounted price during a promotional event (e.g. Black Friday) are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
  • Items purchased with discounts (welcome code, abandoned cart, and rewards discounts) are eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange. You will only be refunded the total amount paid after the discount is applied. 
  • Return shipping is $10 AUD for refunds. However, if you opt for an exchange or store credit, we’ll cover the return shipping and provide you with a prepaid return label. Standard shipping rates will apply to your new item.
  • Your refund/credit note/exchange will be processed within 1-3 business days after your return arrives at our warehouse.
  • Products purchased during our birthday sale are eligible for exchange, or credit note only (no refunds). Kindly note that if you wish to exchange an item after the sale period has concluded, any difference in price will be required to be paid.

OUR INTERNATIONAL POLICY

  • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method of the order. Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment.     
  • Please note, our $10 shipping fee for a prepaid return label will be deducted from your refund.
  • Full-priced items purchased at a discounted price during a promotional event (Black Friday) are not eligible for returns.

  • Return shipping costs are customer-borne and dependent on your location and items ordered.

OUR IN-STORE POLICY

We want you to love your Scarlet & Sam piece. If for any reason it’s not quite right, we are happy to offer a credit note (digital gift card) or an exchange on full-priced items, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase and accompanied by a receipt.
  • Items must be in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
  • Credit notes are issued as digital gift cards and are valid for 3 years.
  • Boutique purchases can only be returned to a Scarlet & Sam boutique (not online).
  • Online purchases may be returned in-store within 14 days of receipt for exchange or credit.
