Returns & Exchanges



 

OUR AUSTRALIAN POLICY

  • You have 21 days from the date you placed your order to request a return. All return requests must be completed within this period. We will not accept any return requests that fall outside of this time frame.
  • Full-priced items purchased online are eligible to be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method of the order.
  • Full-priced items purchased at a discounted price during a promotional event (Black Friday) are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
  • Items purchased with discounts (welcome code, abandoned cart, and rewards discounts) are eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
  • Return shipping is $10 AUD for refunds. However, if you opt for an exchange or store credit, we’ll cover the return shipping and provide you with a prepaid return label. Standard shipping rates will apply to your new item.
  • Your refund/credit note/exchange will be processed within 1-3 business days after your return arrives at our warehouse.

  • All sale items and final sale items are non-returnable.
  • Return shipping costs are customer-borne and dependent on your location and items ordered.
  • Your refund/credit note will be processed within 1-3 business days after your return arrives at our warehouse.
