Scarlet & Sam is an independent fashion label focused on timeless capsule pieces with a strong influence from vintage silhouettes.

We are looking for a TikTok content creator and social media specialist to take ownership of our account and create engaging, organic content that reflects the brand.

This role is based in Melbourne and offers flexibility in hours, with some in-office collaboration required as well as WFH component. 

About the Role

We are hiring a content creator to lead our TikTok and short-form video strategy, build brand awareness, and capture behind-the-scenes moments. You will work closely with the team to develop high-quality, on-trend video content that showcases our products, studio, and creative process.

The role includes editing existing footage, filming in-office content, developing organic social media strategies to drive engagement, and take ownership of our account to jump on trends etc. 

Our ideal candidate is comfortable in front of the camera and would be willing to become a key face of the brand.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit short-form video content for TikTok.

• Develop a content strategy to grow our audience and increase engagement

• Stay across trends and adapt them to align with the brand

• Film and produce behind-the-scenes and in-studio content

• Manage posting and scheduling

About You

• Experience creating and growing a social media account (TikTok preferred)

• Strong understanding of video content creation, social media trends, and storytelling

• Confident on camera and comfortable producing both personal and brand-led content

• Skilled in video editing and social media best practices

• An interest in fashion and an understanding of Scarlet & Sam’s brand identity
